Employee Uniform
Dispensing and Collection

System completely automates the dispensing and collection of uniforms, recording the date and time a uniform was Leased/return with receipt printout, and by whom. As soiled uniforms are dropped in collection boxes, the system will register the uniform ID, as well as the time dropped, and will add it to the soiled uniform inventory.

Monitor the laundering performance and Tracking garments sent to and from cleaners

This module wirelessly tracks all uniforms sent to and from the cleaners. Uniform/Laundry System tracks laundry activity by identifying each garment sent to the laundry and each garment returned clean. The system provides reports to ensure that all uniforms are returned within the appropriate turnaround time. In addition, the cleaning cost for each garment style is entered and reports can be generated for auditing the laundry bill.
System processes entire laundry carts of soiled uniforms or rolling racks of clean uniforms by pushing the cart or rack past the UHF-RFID Laundry Cart Reading Station. The UHF-RFID Portable Handheld Reader can be used for smaller quantities of soiled uniforms and can also be used for reading the rolling racks of clean uniforms.

The Insight Uniform/Laundry System has an integrated purchasing module that provides information to optimize inventory levels and reduce on-going purchases. Reports identify the appropriate uniforms and sizes to purchase based on inventory levels, usage, and aging. The reports can also be used to forecast uniform purchases.

Employee Uniform Dispensing and Collection

The Insight Uniform/Laundry System maintains all uniform related information about each employee, including the appropriate uniform for their job & sizes. The system controls all uniform assignments to employees, including permanent assignments, loaners The location of each garment is continuously updated on the employee record.
